After not taking a breakfast in Majestic Cafe (those prices..), we both got very good breakfast here! Simple place, but great food, good service and a good vibe. Clear recommendation.

Gladly The Traveller Cafe was open on New Years Day. I ordered toast with marmalade, OJ and tea. The toast was on the small side and I think I'd need two or three of those to feel a bit filled up, which would make it a more costly breakfast (1 toast €1.85). The OJ though is fantastic. A large sized... More

This café was literally around the corner from our hotel (just off the Rua St Caterina). We visited for a much needed rest on out first day in Porto, a snack and coffee and were delighted with the friendly service, extensive menu and good service. We enjoyed it so much that we visited every day during our 5 day stay.... More

Stopped here on a Saturday evening because everything else was closing up. This place had delicious panini sandwiches. They were willing to customize our meals and the surroundings were comfortable and quiet despite the noisy street. We sat for more than an hour just relaxing after a busy day of travel and sight-seeing. Very nice.

My husband and I spent one night in Porto and we chose the Traveller Cafe for breakfast. It did not disappoint. I ordered the acai bowl. It came with muesli and honey. I definitely recommend. My husband chose the eggs with spinach, mushrooms, feta and a side salad. He loved it. We both had a coffee and a pastry. We... More
