Visited here for lunch. Good service and food very tasty. Unfortunately he was closing for the season that evening so couldn't return. Great couple of hours eating and watching the world go by.

We were so glad we ate at Anemomylos during the first part of our holiday as it had closed for the winter when we walked past a few days later. Lovely decor and atmosphere and very welcoming and hospitable owners. There was lots of choice on the menu. The chicken with mushrooms and cream sauce was absolutely delicious as was... More

We visited Anemomylos during a recent holiday in Elounda in October. This is a traditional Greek Taverna with lovely staff and a nice aspect. Its set away from the main harbour area and is raised up to allow some nice views, it's a nice place to stop and chill. The food was nice traditional Greek fare and was reasonably priced... More

Spiros and Maria are great hosts who just want you to enjoy their hospitality. Food and wine both excellent. The meal begins with some delicious dips and ends with a Greek sweet and a raki, what could be better. It is so worth the short stroll from the square, and we hope to be doing it again next year!

Just been for a meal here and the food is amazing I had chicken snitchzel in mushroom and cream sauce. Husband had lamb chops. Best food we have eaten here and better than any restaurant in UK.

Good quality food. The house salad is great. It is slightly out of the centre of the town but worth the extra walk. Good service and friendly

Three times we had our evening meal at the Anemomylos. The food was excellent on all three visits. Complementary starters and desserts plus the little glass jug of Raki. Restaurant very clean, Good view across to beach and windmill. Spiros has a keen sense of humour and he is ably assisted by his wife and some very good staff. Always... More

We went here for our evening meal a few days ago. The menu was wide ranging with a good selection of traditional and world cuisine. Beautiful views of Elounda, lovely, attentive staff and a lovely atmosphere. The food was superb with good portion sizes and good value for money. At the end, we were surprised with a complimentary cheese cake... More
