Four of us went there earlier this month while we were waiting for our cruise. I had previously corresponded w Det Lille Apotek based on TA reviews and assured that they were one of the best in Copenhagen - if not the oldest. We were not disappointed. From the moment we were greeted with a table with the US flag... More

With all the choices available, we decided to try the Apotek and some original Danish cuisine for dinner. Apotek is a nice place with a lot of traditional decor. Service was good and We ordered meat dishes with pork. Our dishes were filling, tasty and low on vegetables. Nice experience but not one for a repeat.

Very charming danish restaurant serving local specialities. Although in many tourist books as a recomendation, this restaurant serves locals as well as visitors to Denmark. Get one of the lunch platters - for a great taste of many delicious local specialities as a good beer and wine selection!

We had dinner here on a recommendation from our hotel. The food and locale were typical Danish; good atmosphere and great food! Make sure to make a reservation, many walk ins were turned away because there were no tables available.

On our last day in Copenhagen my husband and I were looking for a nice place to grab a quick bite before packing up and flying home, and couldn't quite agree. Finally after stumbling over the road works that surround this little corner restaurant, and realizing that it was actually open, we popped our heads inside. It's a little like... More

It doesn't get mucn more Danish than this! Okay, it is not cheap but it is still good value for money. I wish they would fry the fish in butter in the pan in stead of in the deep fryer (if you have ever tried butterfried "rødspættefilet" in Bagenkop, this just doesn't do it for us. That being said, I... More

Great food and very welcoming staff. We had the Apoteker Lunch Plate which gave a nice introduction to danish food.

Very nice restaurant - several rooms down a few steps. Service very good. I had pork with crackling, wife had their salmon and steak offer and son had ground beef - all very nice. Best part were the pancakes for dessert. British people will find this quite dear given collapse of £ but good value for Copenhagen. We booked on... More

I liked the atmosphere in this restaurant. The roast duck was very good, as was "Apoteket's own" ale. The service was very friendly and helpful.
