Was there on a Saturday morning for brunch with a friend - we picked a table, not by the windows but still so we could look out. First problem was the tabletop needed a dishcloth, so my friend went and ordered the brunches, came back with the dishcloth (so don't expect any service) and the hot drinks. The hot drinks... More

Well tonight was our first night in Copenhagen and we found this place about 20 minute walk from our hotel in østerport. We had the goat's cheese beef burger and it was amazing it was stacked high and the cheese tasted amazing with mini jacket potatoes, the chilli mayo was tasty too, we shared a cake as a dessert. The... More

Wonderful cafe restaurant in the Latin Quarter, always busy and full of character with wooden floors and shelves of library books. Loved the sharing platter for two which was served on a large wooden board packed with smorrebrod goodies ! Daily specials under 100kr and cheap beer...a great place to relax. Would definitely re-commend and re-visit.

We went there on a Saturday afternoon, it was absolutely packed with people waiting around to grab a table if one became available. We ended up almost stalking people to get a seat. Well worth the hassle though as the food was great. We returned on the Monday and walked straight to a free table.

It's a really cozy cafe with many books around that you can even read. The food is really good with a reasonable price!

An interesting place with bookshelves all around. Small tables for 2/3 upstairs and larger tables (but less atmospheric) on the ground level. You order at the bar and the food gets brought to you. We ordered the brunch plate which had a great selection: scrambled eggs, salmon, bacon, salad, fruit, quite a big pot of yoghurt and granola and a... More

What a nice and different restaurant this is. It is decorated with bookshelves full of books and long wooden tables. There is an interesting menu for coffee and cake or for a full meal (with several vegetarian and gluten free options). Fast service and a very good price, main dishes are typically under 100 kr but the food is delicious... More

Busy when we visited at 4pm, lovely atmosphere. I had a smoked salmon, avocado & pesto sandwich with potatoes for 89DK.
