We walked in for a lunch on a cold Friday, without reservation. No problem, said the very friendly waiter. Great and very original dishes arrived. You can choose from 5 dishes (3 warm, 2 dessert), each 100 DK,,together 400 DK. That was a bit too much for us, so we ordered two main dishes (2x 100 DK) and a coffee... More

Came here for dinner and did the 3 course tasting menu. Was blown away at the quality, presentation and taste of the dishes. Servers also took the time to explain what the dish was about. Best bread ever with garlic butter! I would give them MY michelin star rating!!!

a great touch for eye and taste. we enjoyed the start with a modern cuisine of mushrooms on a salade dressing, perfect. the beautifull composition of fish and italian pasta was unique given the cream and dressing added and the pork was a delight slow cooked and well perserved tasting. what a joy and please an advice to go there... Recommend by a friend who is a business regular in Copenhagen this was a real find. Quirky menu limited to 5/6 dishes. We went for the 3course with selected wines. Presented beautifully, skillfully cooked with an array of tastes and twists per course. Food art, highly recommended.

Nice restaurant with a more casual environment. Set menu, that is worth the price. Great service. Make a reservation it is really a busy place.

We had read a lot online re the Copenhagen foodie scene before choosing where to eat during a weekend break with friends. Radio did not disappoint. Delicious food, great atmosphere and really unique wines. Dessert was the highlight! The waitress could have been a little more personable...

I would rate Radio as good. I picked this place as a low-key dinner, and it fit the bill perfectly. It was a nice meal, with great service.

Greatly enjoyed the five course dinner. The meat course was the least appealing the night we were there, but all were good. The big problem was the terrible Burgundy the server recommended. Thin tasteless. Who knew such inconsequential wine is produced in Burgundy? Radio needs a competent sommelier.

Loved the food here! This place is not pretentious in the slightest and has a great relaxed atmosphere. Great food and wine pairings with each wine enhancing the flavours of the course. We were celebrating my wife's birthday but they were catering for large groups of friends, couples and just friends out for a terrific meal. Our favourite dish was... More

Went for a wonderful meal at Restaurant a Radio during our stay in Copenhagen and the food was divine. Lots of alternative flavours, great for exploring different textures and tastes. I opted for the non-alcoholic option and my partner went for the wine option and we were both left with 3 different, yet tasty drinks that went extremely well with... More

Staying in Frederiksberg

Neighbourhood Profile
Frederiksberg
Located between Noerrebro and Vesterbro you’ll find Frederiksberg, which is actually a municipality in itself but completely surrounded by Copenhagen. Here there are several fine theaters, from the experimental to the great Det Ny Teater (The New Theater) which specializes in transcribing the great London and New York musicals into Danish, and has done so for several years with huge success. In Frederiksberg you’ll find Denmark’s most beautiful (and expensive) city villas. These 4-5 square miles form the Beverly Hills of Copenhagen. Here you’ll also find Frederiksberg Have (Garden) which sports huge outdoor concerts, from classical to electronic dance music. To top it off, dining options range from cozy family restaurants to some of the area’s most trendy cafés.
