Very spacious/roomy café. No stress. Room to bring kids. Not super fond of the "starbucks" type "pay first- pick up later" concept.

A funky coffee shop in vesterbro with wide assortment of pastries and breakfast breads. Coffee is delicious. A warm haven on a cold overcast day

Had our first taste of Danish brunch here. Amazing sourdough bread, with cheese, ham, yoghurt and museli, compote, with a perfectly boiled egg, juice and coffee. Great value. Would recommend.

The place is a local hangout for families and locals in general. They serve great coffee and have a wide selection of pastries and breads. The place is relaxed with lots of space.

We went here for breakfast because it was listed in the visitcopenhagen site under top 10 places to eat with kids. However kids are not welcome here. We arrived with our baby asleep in her stroller. We we immediately told that she could not come inside, we were advised to leave her outside and to watch her out the window.... More

One of my favorite local spots for breakfast. I usually bring the kids and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The owner couple always take time to chat and serve a great cortado.

We went for a nice and relaxing breakfast and that is what we got in Kaffeslabberasen! It is such a nice and easygoing place, really spacious and with comfortable chairs. The pastries are lovely, fresh and organic. The juices are just what you want on a Saturday morning (or on Sunday as we returned there a second day:)) just great... More

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
