The concierge/front desk did not even realize they did this - charge for "tap" water, not bottled - but tap water - water that did not even have ice in it according to what the receipt stated. This is no different than water I could turn on the facet in my room which I had already paid for.

Room was very tidy. Hotel is located neer meetpackers district and Copenhagen Mall. Also the city center is at walking distance (15 minutes) as well as central station. Hotel staff very pleasant and service minded.

We had dinner one night at this restaurant and the chef was so accommodating when my husband decided to mix and match his meal. The food was delicious and the price reflected the hotel costs. The only thing that spoilt the meal was the noise from children running around coming in and out of the nearby playroom.

The barman was only interested in serving his friends and had no cognisance of who had arrived at the bar first. The service is dreadful and I would avoid this hotel.

I prefer Tivoli Restaurant located at 2nd floor of Harbour Tower. Short, but tasty bar menu with Tivoli Burger as a flag ship ;). A'la carte menu satisfies very high standards (it is changed 3-4 times/ year). Pity that they reigned from classic creme brulee, chef that was making it in the beginning of 2016 was outstanding (the choclate one... More

I traveled to Tivoli Hotel for a short weekend with my son and wife, over all the stay (1 night) was okay, we upgraded to a bigger room upon check in and was pleased with the overall quality of the hotel, two things ended up being disappointing, the breakfast was not up to standard for a four star hotel basically... Man I would stay here again just for the breakfast buffet... It was amazing. Besides that though this hotel is a good spot to stay and I would definitely return here for a next business trip. It isn't the most romantic place though. Good bike rental.

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Overall the hotel is very impersonal and it's not in the most central location either. We also ordered room service which we never usually do, we collected it and brought it to the room and they hadn't given us any cutlery. When we went back they didn't apologise and only gave us one set,... More

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
