We went here for a few cocktails and enjoyed it. The waiters could have been a bit more proactive with their service as we were chatting for a while at our table with empty glasses. It wasn't overly busy and would have expected a little bit more service but having said that, everyone was very polite and the drinks were... More

When you're in the centre of town an need a decent place to rest for a bit this quaint coffee shop is perfect. The atmosphere is in keeping with the architecture and you can watch the passing throng. I ordered avocado and toast (standard Australian breakfast) and oddly they are purchase separately. But that's not a hassle. Also, there was... More

Europa is a lovely place to sit and watch over Strøget, especially in the summer. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the outside area if the weather's good. I also recommend the warm goat's cheese salad if you want something to eat, it's really satisfying and delicious. Whilst the overall atmosphere is enticing, the service is slow and perhaps under-staffed.... More

Nice place if you like to drink and listen to live music. Cosy and comfortable for couples. Quite good place for meeting with friends if you like to drink and chat. The menu with drinks and beer is extensive so anyone can find something for your own ;) Definitely recommend this place!

Average in always every way. Seems a bit like a tourist trap based on its pricing. It's an ok location for a cup of coffee.

We stopped here for a break on our walking tour. What a welcome relief for the feet and the taste buds. Fabulous cappuccino, one of the best in town! We didn't eat but they had a good selection of sandwiches and cakes on display. It is positioned right in the square which held one of the Christmas markets. The main... More

The best thing about this place was the location. We had a stroll in Stroget, Copenhagen that day and needed to rest our feet a bit, this place obviously looked hip and inviting so we had their Glogg which is very nice with all the fruits and nuts on the bottom of the full glass. I also had a burger... More

Sat outside, for about 20 minutes, staff came & went, no one took an order nor acknowledged us. Not even sure if we were supposed to go in & order or have our order taken, After resting our feet for a while, we moved on. Never mind, seems a decent enough place for people watching etc...

It seems nobody cleans toilets here (at least not Saturday afternoon; smelly and wet like a train toilet). Service is too slow but once they come they are friendly. Food and drinks are good, ambiance too. Best tables next to the windows. If I forget toilets it's a Four or five star coffee.

During the day it is one of the best locations to sit, if you are planning to sit outside or close to the window.

Neighbourhood Profile
Indre By (Inner City)
This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its blend of charming old buildings and bold new architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which consists of three buildings, two of which are new and situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and venues of the inner city and its surrounding neighborhoods, are alive all year round with everything from jazz festivals to outdoor ice skating rinks and parachuting at the lakes right in the center of the city. This compact area boasts beautiful old castles, tranquil parks, and bustling squares where you can always find a bench to stretch out your legs whenever you need a break.
