The bar staff are very friendly and this was a fun place to have dinner. The food was good, but a little greasy. The atmosphere was great and the guy playing the piano really knew his stuff. Good value and good fun.

With only three hours to locate a decent restaurant to have a dinner before we departed the city center of Copenhagen, my wife and I managed to discover this gem just off the square. [At the time of writing, the Square is undergoing massive Metro...More

A nice traditional Inn serving traditional Danish food all well prepared. I suggest to take the plates (I tried the Luxury) and at the end the traditional danish apple pie with whipped cream. I'd like to come back to try the potatoes with pork an...More

This restaurant has been in this location since 1728, and the interior feels like you have travelled back nearly that far, in a good way! Small, dark, with very friendly staff and other diners, on Thursday evening when we visited there was a piano player...More

A great place if you want something that reveals the history and character of Copenhagen. Traditional, unsophisticated, Skindbuksen (Leather Pants) is one of Copenhagen’s oldest bar-restaurants, having been located in Kongensgade in the centre of Copenhagen since 1728, albeit with different names. Full of character,...More

The portions are huge. The restaurant is small and intimate. The waiters are friendly and entertaining. Live music on Thursday nights. We had a great evening. Table reservation would be a good idea. Forget about vegan, vegetarian and organic. This is food like our grandmother...More

Of all the restaurants, Skinbucksen was my favorite in terms of experiencing the Copenhagen experience. Skinbucksen, ( leather pants worn by teamsters ) captures the atmosphere of a place where authors and painters gather. Again, it is not lavish. The walls are decorated with sketches...More

This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its
blend of charming old buildings and bold new
architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well
as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner
city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which
consists of three buildings, two of which are new and
situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and

Does this restaurant accept Credit Cards? We'll be a large group and we'll have Kroner certainly but may want use a credit card if our bill is quite high.
