4 months in Copenhagen and the first time tryin' Thai food in Nam Thip restaurant, I felt in love right away. Also had the best bowl of Pho which remind me exactly flavour of Pho in Vietnam. Wonderful spices, chewy noodles, medium rare beef, fresh vegetables and the most important thing that is very delicious hot soup which made from... More

Went there because we were in a hotel nearby and the reviews were good, but we were rather disappointed. The place was surprisingly inconspicuous, there were no signs outside and you couldn't see it until you were right outside it. Turned out to be almost empty. But the waitress was welcoming and the service was fine. Nice and relaxing atmosphere.... More

Simple Thai restaurant in Vesterbro, friendly but very slow service, average food, reasonable prices.

We are two adults, a longtime couple that enjoys each other, with many shared experiences including eating and travel. I gravitate to Asian cookery, because of the creative use of vegetables and flavors that entertain my decidedly Midwestern palate. The full dinner for two looked good, and it was (although a bit overcooked for my tastes). Each dish was prepared... More

The manager seemed very stressed when we arrived, even if the restaurant was far from full. We ordered duck in sweet sour sauce and my girlfriend ordered duck with red curry. Take away. The first was neither sweet nor sour, just a tasteless sauce that remotely reminded us of the budget products you can find. They added a lot of... More

You get a delicious food and great value for your money, also great service is provided by the smiling staff. I have tried several meals and was never disappointed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for someone that likes thai food and calm, family owned style restaurants.

We had a lovely meal here which was reasonable for Copenhagen. The service was good and the ambience was great. We had a set dinner but the chilli dressing on the table was extremely hot if you try it. Just a warning and we like hot food!! Definitely try this place !

Good range of dishes either al a carte or set menus. Food was tasty and authentic. Waiting on staff pleasant and service efficient. Prices inline with UK rather than more expensive Copenhagen.

I've been enjoying Thai cuisine at Nam Thip since sometime back in the early 90's. The place hasn't changed much: prices have increased a bit, keeping pace with inflation, but the waitress, proprietor, and chef remain the same, as does the undeniable quality of the food. Are there better Thai restaurants outside of Thailand? Sure. There is Bird in Amsterdam... More
