Butter chicken tikka masala was excellent: chicken was moist, masala well seasoned but could use more yogurt/cream as a buffer. Great garlic naan bread & excellent service as well!

The lunch I had at that place was one of the best vegetarian indian dishes I've ever tasted. The place was crowded during lunch time, but the service was quick, the meal was big and rich. I'll definitely visit the place again when next time in Stockholm

As many of the other reviews have mentioned, this is an Indian cuisine restaurant run by Bangladeshi owners and staff. So obviously some aberrations from the standard Indian cuisine are expected. But then that's the case with most Indian restaurants in Stockholm (It's the third one I am reviewing and I am yet to find an authentic Indian restaurant in... More

Really enjoyed the authentic Indian food from Bangladesh. Not overly spicy and extremely fresh. I'm Indian and it's not often I get to taste good Indian food outside the home so Indian king was a great find in Stockholm. The staff's English wasn't great but then my Swedish is non-existent so that about evens it up! The slight language barrier... More

I enjoyed my meal very much. The menu is different to what I'm used to in England but the spice level was similar. Beer served from a can but still good. Not sure if they have a tandoor oven as the nan was a bit crispy.

If you are looking for authentic indian food. This is a must. Tastes superb, for vegetarians do try paneer butter masala. It tastes sooooooo yum

I went to Indian King on a whim when I was passing through Stockholm and I was pleasantly surprised with the standard of the food! The interior is a little shabby but I wasn't thinking about that as I had good food and great friends in front of me! Not a place for a fancy dinner or a business lunch,... More

I was there with two friends and we all ordered chicken dishes and enjoyed it thoroughly. The food was relatively cheap(for Scandinavia) and tasted like proper, delicious Indian food. It's hard to find truly flavourful Indian food in Scandinavia, so if you're in the mood for some sapid Indian food in Stockholm, Indian King is the place to eat.

I went there for lunch and cashier was very unfriendly and rude. Food was not authentic at all and asked for some hot spices. First They did not understand English or pretened not to. Then a slim chef came who was courteous and help full and helped me out. Overall a bad experience

Bad atmosphere. Typical take away place. Dissappointing!! Not a place to go for a nice dinner with friends. Couldn't get Indian beer. No rights for serving alcohol.
