We had intended to have lunch at Skansen, but every single eating place there was packed. We were about to take the streetcar back into the city when we noticed Lilla Hasselbacken across the road from the streetcar stop. There was a self-serve café section, but we chose the restaurant section. They were celebrating some anniversary (100 years?) and offered... More

Ate lunch here. Overpriced but ok food. Not a lot of space to move around inside. Not suitable if you need extra space to move.

Lovely place to eat before going to the theatre (50m away). City prices but very nice food friendly staff in a very quaint restaurant. Only downside is there is not much room between the tables. Otherwise a very good place to be.

Food expensive and tasteless. We left most of ours. Whilst the staff are friendly and welcoming they cannot compensate for poor quality. Would not recommend - there is a much better option next door which was full!

This café/ restaurant was the perfect place to rest our weary limbs. The food was wholesome and delicious. Nothing fancy. good honest fare. Service was great and the establishment tidy and clean.

We spent a quiet lunch sitting outside on the patio of Lilla Hasselbacken. We both ordered the quiche lunch and a tall, cold beer. The food was delicious. Lilla Hasselbacken is a nice spot to visit to get away from the crowds at Grønna Lund.

Cozy, warm atmosphere. You feel taken care of. The food was authentic Swedish food, the service tentative. I had salmon dish which was very fresh. The restaurant is run by a family and it feels like coming home from the personal art on the wall to the old style of the building. In the evening a band was playing: violin,... More

This is a family friendly cafe. You are warmly greeted and immediately given a selection of bread & salad. They have great pasta, spaghetti, lasagna, Swedish meatballs, quiche, and desserts....for kids young and not so young. It's all yummy!

I love this beautiful, historic building in a great location. We visited at all times of the day and were not disappointed. Great choice of good coffees and pastries at breakfast, shrimp smorgas for lunch, or teas, coffees and cakes in the afternoon. Everything a great café should be! Recommended!

Had lunch here with few friends. Cannot find really any reason to go to a place like this. Food was less than average, expensive for what it is, furniture and decoration messy and run down, personnel that does not make any effort to be friendly. Avoid.
