Nice food, very pricey, good atmosphere, except for the waiter who was in a bad mood - and sometimes rude. Sad, this place used to be great, in every way, every time.

Service was poor - casual, showed no interest or respect. Prices for drinks (3× beers, 1× gin and tonic, wine) were average for an upmarket restaurant in Stockholm. Prices for the food were too high. Double for the goose liver terrine starter (195 kr), 50% too much for a small toast skagen (169 kr) and steak tartar (185 kr). The... More

We visited this place for a lunch and was greeted warmly as we arrived! We got a nice table and as it was lunchtime the restaurant was full. Even though we were served promptly and the food was very good!! Nicely prepared and tasty! Our very nice waiter helped us in all ways as a truly professional! Really a place... More

Excellent 'traditional' Swedish restaurant with a good bar too. My favourite? Toast Skagen, but then it always is...

Very good, meatball, wallenberkare, lojrom, fläsk med lök etc. Typical Swedish dishes with high quality. Service at a very high standard, excellent waiter. If you want traditional swedish food, this is the place

Sometimes you give a very good restaurant 5 stars but know there are likely a few undiscovered gems and that maybe only those should be reserved for 5 stars. This was one of them. I use the word cozy a lot but what a charming atmosphere. Old world, cozy and intimate. Beautiful original wall paintings, a wonderful private room upstairs,... More

I stopped for drinks and dinner with some business colleagues on my last visit to Stockholm. It is located just off the trendy Birger Jarlsgatan, near the strand and the city center, in a cozy old building. The bar is comfortable and the bartenders know how to mix cocktails as well as how to pour a beer. The food is... More

We were looking for a bar and couldn't find anyplace where we could sit down. Came to this small place that had still tables available. Service was good. Soon afterwards it got packed. I thought the Swedish were silent but this was a loud crowd.
