We ate with a group for an early dinner and had great food and service. The staff were friendly and the dinner was well prepared.

My boyfriend and I requested a table for 2, we were seated on a four person table uncomfortably close to another couple. Being English speaking I found the menu difficult to read (it only had brief explanations underneath). I ordered salmon, had no help from the waitress in ordering or advice. A few minutes later I received a plate of... More

I visited here early on a Saturday evening for some dinner, initially it seemed fine, our order was taken and our food brought out, the food was quite average but not to expensive. It was when I had finished my meal and asked for the bill the trouble started. I asked one waiter. He just said "yes yes yes" and... More

Great cuisine surrounded by the locals. Sit outside and enjoy the environment. Price is average for good restaurants in Stockholm.

I went to Lundbergs to meet some friends and just have a pleasant time hanging out. Although it did look promising at the beginning, the service was dreadful and the entrecote saggy and badly cooked.

Passing by last weekend, I noticed this restaurant was re-opening end of April and so its name went "into the hat" for the regular Sunday evening meal out. I had been there, maybe 2 years ago and both the food and ambiance were eminently forgettable. This evening, though initially heading elsewhere, we passed Lundbergs; it was open; people were eating... More

We were a party of five and we were really looking forward to dine at Systrarna Lundberg but all of us were really disappointed with our meals and we actually had different cuisines between the five of us.

If you are not to picky, this place offers a solid after work experience. I had an entrecôte and a glas of plain red wine for less than 300 sek, tip included. On the other hand, if you, like me, belong to the picky side, look somewhere else. I cook, with no big effort, better myself, and choose wines that... More

Small place with cozy atmosphere. Good service. We had pot of fish soup with aioli as main course and we really enjoyed it.

Staying in Vasastan

Neighbourhood Profile
Vasastan is one of those neighborhoods that almost looks too good to be true. It has the winning combination of a central location, tranquility, and beautiful buildings – housing sophisticated bars and eateries – that makes this neighborhood Stockholm’s most sought-after place to live. If walking through this area makes you feel like walking through a fairy tale or picture book it’s no surprise, as it’s actually the film set of the famous Swedish children story Karlsson-on-the-Roof. No matter what season, Vasastan manages to impress in the sunshine, covered in snow and won’t even lose its charm when soaked in rain.
