Great food and wines. The combination was even better - fantastic! I would really like to come back soon.

I have been here a few times when visiting Uppsala and always enjoy my time there. The staff is always incredibly helpful with beer recommendations and I have always been more than happy with their options. Limited experience with the food, but the small plate I had at the last visit was great.

This is not your usual type of restaurant, and it's not the fine dining type of place. It's really small, kind of casual and you don't get to choose what to eat. But that doesn't matter when the team at Dryck already chose so wisely, both food and wine was great! I loved the storytelling about the wine, and I... More

I have been there only once and was not impressed with the food or the choice of wine. In fact the combinations were almost incompatible. May be the chef was off that night. My last visit there though.

We found Dryck on a wet evening after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. Restaurants in the old station building are not allowed to display large signs. Staff of the small empty restaurant were welcoming and helpful. Discovering that the set menu of 4 courses to compliment the wines ( concept of restaurant) was 1350SEK per head we opted for 2... Observe: This review is about the class restaurant Dryck, not the music bar Hijazz!! The restaurant base the menu on interesting wines that they find. The wines are xlnt, and the food that comes with it is too. Food is very much based on Swedish traditions, often with a twist. Actually they did so good at our last visit, that... More

Not really that much to say. You get good food and very good beverage. We also had a vegeratian friend with us and there were no problem to change the set menu (and it even looked like the non-vegetarian food). It's not that over-priced as I expected. Only con is that the restaurant itself is very small, and you won't... More

Excellent food risen out of three different wines. First they chose wine, Then compose the menu. Extraordinary 😄

A really nice concept with matching the food to the drinks instead of the other way around. Also, easily the cosiest restaurant in Uppsala, with great outdoor summer seating. But, too expensive for what you get - foodwise. Food was good, really tasty, but hardly heavenly - which I would expect from the walletache I suffered walking home.

I've eaten almost 10 times at NOMA in Copenhagen and the steak tartar at NOMA is one of my favorite dishes. But the steak tartar I ate at Hijazz Dryck recently was even better. With trumpet mushrooms. The whole meal and the matching wine was simply fantastic. Forget about saying this is the best place to eat in Uppsala. Dryck... More

New, small, charming and EXCELLENT. The menu is created after the choice of wines and this changes every week. The best whole in the wall there is - and with super cross-country cooking with focus on local an ecological ingredients.
