Very clean and modern place with lovely tableware including stone, pottery and thin starched linen napkins. The food has as much attention to detail. Carefully served and precisely presented dishes are beyond tasty because of the fresh local ingredients. Service excellent. A lovely foodie experience.

We had the 7 course menue at the koka plus two chosen different wines. The homemade butter was fantastic and of course the menue it selfe was outstanding. Especially the lamp, scalkops with artichokes, the mushrooms and the two dessert platterns combined different aromas on the most excellent way you could think of.

We had an 8 course meal with matching ecological/organic wines, adding champagne and cheese. The food is generally good, some courses very good, but the overall impression is lacking a certain wow-factor. the first three courses had a somewhat bland taste, almost as if they had been prepared too early /The rest were very good, with an excellent mushroom dish.... One star Michelin restaurant that it's really worth it. Cozy and clever designed, functional interiors, highly professional staff. We ordered the 7 - dishes menu accompanied by the 3 - wine menu. Every dish was a tasteful surprise. Not very large portions but it's all about the experience. Expensive but worth it.

We ate here as a late birthday dinner and we weren't disappointed. We took the 7 course menu my partner took the wine package with the matched wines to every meal and I took a glass of wine to dinner. As I'm not a huge drinker when i eating a glass or 2 works well. Our waitress matched a lovely... More

We were in the city for a wedding and looked up this place. It was amazing! The atmosphere is great, chilled, inimate, but has a buzz about it. The staff were unreal. The food was totally outstanding! We had the tasting menu with wine. Amazing value. Different quirky dishes that work exceptionally well. 11/10! We also had a power cut... More

We tried the 5-course menu (which is actually 8 with the additional small bites). The menu only lists raw ingredients, so there is always a part of surprise on how the dishes will be served. Overall very impressed with the exception of the dessert. Wine can be ordered by the glass, which helps bringing the dinner to a reasonable price... More

The number of restaurants going for the local resource style is enormous, some pull it of very good. Others feel like something inspired by NOMA on a bad day. Koka is closer to the latter. The food was ok, but I had higher expectations. Two weeks later thinking back, I remember a plate with lots of dried beets. That was... More

I had really looked forward to eating here but have to say that unfortuntatly everything just lacked that "wow factor". I ate everything that was put in front of me, the wine selection was great and the staff were excellent but at the end of the day it was a feeling of dissapointment and of tasteless food that I remember.... I had higher expectations the truth is. Couple of dishes were good. Some ok. Some were boring It was not the first time a visit a Michelin star restaurant so maybe I had higher expectations Nothing negative I just felt that I wanted a bit more flavors
