The food here is so delicious you won't want to eat anywhere else! They have fresh vegetables fromt heir garden that are included in almost every meal! All of the food is freshly made by the wonderful chefs, who also happen to be some of the nicest chefs I've ever met! When staying at the hotel I ate breakfast lunch... More

This Restaurant is the best restaurant we visited on the island of Amorgos ! We went for dinner there to celebrate our 10th wedding Anniversary, as Ambrosia gallery restaurant is in the list of "Aegean Cuisine" ones. The location is unique! Unlimited sea, mountain and villages view. The service very professional and friendly. The food, amazing! We tried local healthy... More

Not only for the greatest view to the port of Aegiali, but also for the wonderful service and the most delicious Greek food. WE read in our travel guide that Ambrosia Gallery Restaurant is member of the Aegean Cuisine, so we wanted to try local specialties. Indeed, the stuffed goat, was out of this world! Vegetable croquets, also. Fresh salads... More

Coming to a 5 star hotel we expected high prices, but need not have worried. Breakfast had a very good choice and catered for all, freshly squeezed orange juice, while you wait. Evening meals in the restaurant (inside or outside)gave one both a day or night time panorama of the whole bay, nice and relaxing. Although sometimes service could be... More

The main restaurant of the Aegialis Hotel & Spa is a place worth visiting. The view is astonishing to the entire bay of Aegiali bellow and the mountains across. It offers a big range of traditional delicious dishes, presented in a very tasteful way. We had the local goat meat, cooked with herbs and rice stuffing! It was fantastic!

Living on Amorgos for half the year, I dine at Ambrosia on a weekly, and sometimes more frequent basis. The entire operation is a pleasant surprise, given that Amorgos is an island that's off the beaten path, and known and loved for being rugged, traditional, and somewhat rustic. Ambrosia offers the very best of modern Greek cuisine. Coming from San... More

As we always stay in the hotel of which this restaurant is a part, we sample their breakfasts every morning and they are simply gorgeous. A great range of cooked food, fresh fruit, creamy yoghurt, local honey and an amazing selection of cakes and pastries. We have had some fine dinners here in the past, accompanied by great live Greek... More
