This was the most reasonably priced restaurant of our 2 week stay in Iceland. For lunch they have a soup and salad bar for less than $20USD. They also have burgers and pizzas and other sandwiches. All of our food was very tasty.
The prices are standard for Iceland (pricey by North American norms), but the pizza was very good. We went here based on positive reviews and a recommendation, and weren't disappointed.
