We visited after reading the many good reviews on Trip Advisor - this is primarily a takeaway but has a few tables where you can sit and eat. The food was freshly prepared and arrived within minutes. No frills surroundings but the food was delicious. We paid about 5,000 krona for 3 generous meals. Would recommend.

Icelandic food isn't a great taste for Asians... for Asians who're longing for slight taste back home after several days of eating bread and meat... this place is totally recommended... The noodle soup is one of the best I've tasted... I'm definitely coming back if I ever visited Iceland again! Cheers to Thai food..

We read reviews about this place prior to going to Iceland - and it did not disappoint. We were hungry so ordered two bowls noodle soup, two mains - well they were massive when they came, in fact the lovely guy that served us came to us before bringing the food to say if there was only two we probably... Drove up to have a taste of it since review was pretty good. However, there isn't anything authentic about. Price is reasonable as the portion is quite big. It's mainly for angmoh that never try true authentic Thai cuisine. But i wouldn't recommend it at all.

Iceland is the most expensive place I've ever visited so this place was a ray of sunshine. They do eat-in or takeaway and have a small menu of very good food. If you're vegetarian you'll need to ask first as I'd assumed the dumplings were vegetarian but they were actually prawn. The portions are large so one curry serves two.... More

No doubt about it that the prices in restaurants in Iceland are eye wateringly expensive. Therefore if you are going to eat out you may need to look for something less formal. At the Krupa Thai we enjoyed really nice food for around 4000 Icelandic Kroner. The food was plentiful and tasty. The menu is limited to around 5-6 dishes.... More

We had a bowl of duck noodle soup for dinner at the Skólavörðustígur location on New Year's Day. The price was very good compared to many other places in Reykjavík. I was surprised at the quality of the meat, the portion was generous and the soup was filling. There are only a few seats inside and it's a snack bar... More

Iceland eating out is so expensive so this place is a little gem. Excellent food for lunch for the three of us. It's hot, there's good helpings and it's reasonably priced for Iceland.

This place has a decent menu to pick from and it's pretty well priced. The portions are pretty good compared to other restaurants in Iceland. Right off the highway near a gas station and a hotel, they do take out for order in. We ate in and had a pretty good experience, If you are looking for Thai food in... More

Had seen his place when it was closed and decided to visit when open. Our coach dropped us off outside and the smell of the food was amazing. We qent straight in. Didn't know what to order so the staff took the time to explain. The food was amazing, freshly cooked, full of flavour, nice portion size and hot. Will... More
