A stop that you cannot afford to miss. I don't go there as often as I would like to but this place never fails. Meet up, casual dressing and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere while having lunch/dinner.

This is definitely not a fancy sit-down restaurant, but if you are looking for a quick lunch or dinner, The Sea Baron is a good place. We enjoyed bowls of lobster soup (plenty of chunks of lobster in the soup) and some French bread for...More

this place had been recommended by several and it met the test--Wonderful Lobster soup on a cold and rainy jet lagged day- terrific bread, and a skewer of fresh fish--a great intro to Iceland in all its glory-With all the concerns about the high cost...More

Great cozy small place. You order at the counter and pay your meal and then try to find a place to sit. Not very comfortable setting but it is worth it anyway. We went in the evening. Even though it was crowded it died´t take...More

If you are prepared to wait in line, squish in next to your neighbors, and sit on a terribly uncomfortable stool, then you are in for a real treat. The food is as delicious as everyone says it is and definitely worth at least one...More

Finally a place actually worthy of the high Icelandic costs!! This is a very nice local restaurant right on the harbour, so the food is as fresh as it can possibly come!! Everything we had was delicous but this place is best known for their...More

Had a great lunch as Sea Baron. It is off the beaten path on the pier, and not much to look at outside or inside, but it has excellent food at a very reasonable price. You get much more food for your money compared to...More

Know before you go: this place gets packed, I mean lines out the door, and it can be tough to find seating. There is no menu posted. the chilled skewers are out for you to see, and there's a small (good) beer selection behind the...More

This place is small with very little inside seating, and it can get very busy. That said, it is worth the wait. You select your fish (all VERY fresh) and they put it on a skewer with. veggies. My grandchildren LOVE it here. I am...More

My husband and I had a quick lunch at The Sea Baron recently and loved the lobster soup. It's a popular restaurant with limited seating, so it might be worthwhile dining there outside of the peak meal times. It's a no fuss, simple restaurant, and...More

I'm not sure if they are open on the 24th or not. I don't think they take reservations it's very informal.
