We did the tasting menu with the wine/beer selection. What a great way to experience Icelandic food with a twist on creativity. The pairings were fun and delicious. I would recommend Dill for anyone that has time and enjoys creative and amazing food!

Food was excellent. But we have never before experienced such an arrogant and incompetent behavior towards customers by the staff. Doesn't fit to a place like this. Furthermore an incomprehensible lack of flexibility. There is one single 7 courses menu with the choice of 5...More

Lovely, small place in a former 'barn / shed' in the heart of Reykjavik. The service is all you would expect of this level of restaurant. The menu is rigorously local so be prepared for some subtleties and flavours that are new. For example we...More

It is worth the wait for this experience. You need to book way in advance. A small venue, but you don't feel crowded. Clean and uncluttered decor - most attractive. The service is professional and the staff are knowledgeable in respect of both food and...More

We had the 5 course meal starting off with "snacks"- like kelp and dill caviar , ash, parsley and carrot garlic and egg and dung, yup, dung smoked trout. Starters were ocean perch with celery and pickled veggies , then mains malted barley and wolf...More

We were lucky to snag a Saturday night reservation at Dill. The room is cool and calming and the food is amazing. My wife and I tried the 7 course meal (you have a choice of 5 or 7) and I'm so glad we did....More

I never write bad reviews because as someone in the industry I understand how hard everyone works, and for very little pay or recognition. Little local restaurants doing what they 'need' to do to survive, or are on their way to learning the craft but...More

Very impressed with this restaurant, which was booked for a special occasion and was definitely worth it. We went for the seven course tasting meal and wine pairing (which cost about £210 each). Every course was delicious, beautifully cooked and using interesting local ingredients in...More

Super tasty and great service. Make sure to book this restaurant well in time before you go to Reykjavik. The flavors are fresh and clean, very Scandinavian. A lot of ocean with great wine paring. It's definitely worth it's one Guide Michelin star!!

We've got luck and make a reservation in 2 days. So it's tiny place, with pretty atmosphere but nordic style staff - nobody is running around u - just "help yourself". Food was pretty good and wine pairing interesting enough. Mashed potatoes with skyr and...More

It is reasonably informal. I had a jacket, no tie. No jacket will be fine.

Hi. It may be possible to get a drink. But as for food, I think the restaurant only offers two tasting menus. suggest you get in touch on social media with them. They were very good.
