We found Vitabar after reading reviews on trip advisor. It's slightly off the main streets at the top end of town (not too far from the big church). Outside its not too inviting, painted in a dark grey/black. And inside its very small, with the tables laid out in an L shape around the main bar area. Again its not... More

This burger bar is amazing!!!!!! Do not be put off by the exterior, it's absolutely amazing! The blue cheese burger is the best tasting burger ever! The onion rings are gorgeous, not even a little bit greasy! The only word of warning I have is don't come in here if you want a posh sit down meal!!! You hands will... More

Following the Cheap Eats list on Travel Advisor we headed to the Vitabar to check it out for lunch. Burgers were good, my daughter likes Med Rare to rare and it was nice and pink! Though she likes hers " dry and naked", I went all the way and had cheese, mushrooms and a fried egg on mine. It was... More

Restaurants is in a small residential street 2 streets down from the main shopping/restaurant road in Reykjavik - makes parking quite easy. The place is small, not many tables, but seems to be enough. Came here since this page highly praised the burgers. They really weren't bad, fresh and a good size, but if this really is the best burger... More

This lunch / brunch place in Reykjavik opens at 11am on weekdays. It has a limited options in the menu, but the tender was prompt in explaining the options. We tried the vita sandwich and the club sandwich. Both were neat n tasty sandwiches with good quality ingredients. Recommended for a quick bite.

We decided to visit after reading the other reviews on wednesday. We arrived at 7 pm and had a short wait for a table. We ordered at the bar with the request of no sauces on the burgers. After a little wait the burgers arrived all having being smeared in cocktail sauce despite being asked not to be. Rather than... More

Decided to try this place after reading reviews of it being good value for money, the food was great and it was good value as were the drinks. This place could be a real gold mine if the staff were a little friendly and a few trendy pictures/ decor going off.

We saw this place on trip advisor before coming to Iceland and thought we give it a go and we really enjoyed it l. Considering how expensive Iceland is this place was reasonable it cost us 3500 korona for two burgers, 2 fries n two cokes which is roughly £25 which is very good for Iceland lol Staff were welcoming...
