Had dinner here on a rainy Sunday night, two of us had the shell fish soup appetizer which was exceptional, broth to die for, with ample scallops, shrimp and mussels. Cocktails also very good. Codfish main course tasty and well salted but not too much. Bread fresh and service good. Third diner preferred meat and his beef carpaccio and lamb... More

It's all about the fish at this popular bistro. We chose the three course set fish menu which was very good.

We enjoyed our dinner here - lovely spot in Reykjavik - everything is expensive here, but we had a great dinner. Service was so-so but it was fun people watching and good value for Iceland standards.

On our first night in Iceland the receptionist at our hotel recommended this restaurant. The food was very good. Great ambience.

If you are looking for good seafood then this is the place to go! Ask to sit downstairs, it is much quieter! We had the fish set menu. Was a large amount of food and well worth it! Loved the dessert, very local and unique!

My husband and I each had the 8-course tasting menu, which, on hindsight, was overly ambitious of us as the portions were quite large and we could have shared! But we finished everything anyway because the food was that good. We like to try a bit of everything so the tasting menu was perfect. The decor of the place is... More

As a vegan at this restaurant they took my less/extra requests on my salad professional and the outcome was great. The staff is quick, kind and give a positive idea of the restaurant.

We had a fabulous dinner on our first evening in Reykajavik. We starters were especially good as they were more delicate and intense in flavours and presentation. The main courses are large and we are glad that we shared multi plates. They also had a nice children menu, which included fresh fish. The deserts - we tried all three as... More
