I was told that Te & Kaffi is the Icelandic chain equivalent to Starbucks. Whether that's true or not I can assure you it's nothing like Starbucks because it's so much better. Hubby and I went in the afternoon just for some relaxation. Service was friendly/welcoming and our coffees are served in real porcelain cups/saucer, not paper cups. The coffee... More

Cute & cozy little spot in the middle of everything. Great staff, sit in or outdoors. They have yummy sandwiches too!

Great atmosphere for a cafe, great muffins and good tea and coffee. The counter staff was not the friendliest, but the barista did a good job with decorative drinks

On my third visit to Iceland I headed straight to this coffee haus. The coffee is delightful and presentation is spot on. I also like the lemon water on offer for customers. Icelandic water should be consumed in large amounts!!

When you ask for a cappuccino you get a shot espresso with that. Taste is pretty strong but really good! You can also have good cup of tea and buy the products to bring home. Really good to stop for a few minutes

Coffee. Real coffee! This place was just opening when I stopped in this morning, the sun wasn't up yet and everyone was bundled up to protect themselves from the heavy chill in the air. No better way to warm up but with a nice mug of brew. The staff here were kind and greeted me with a smile. It was... More

My wife and I had been doing the tourists trails around Reykjavik and decided on a coffee, we'd seen a few of the Te & kaffi shops so decided to give this one a go, great coffee, nice staff, good location. Downside, expensive, but that's Iceland.

This is a great spot. The coffee is simply delicious. I had an Ethiopian roast (house made) and it was so good that I had to buy the beans. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place to stop by
