Top quality coffe & teas. The best croissants in town, sourdough bread, sandwiches, traditional fare, chocolates.. All prepared fresh every morning. Yummy - easily my favourite!

Admittedly only tried some fried dough balls the tour guide called "scrotums." No, don't gross out, they were fantastic and delicate. Everything in the super-clean and organized cases looked fantastic. Prices are way more reasonable than downtown Reykjavik. Saw even better-looking sandwiches than we bought from Sandholt at half the price. Recommended by foodies. Just do it!

Very nice bread and cakes to select from. The chocolate is to die for and the coffee is good also. A little expensive so I don't go there so much only as a special treat 😎

We got into Reykjavik pretty early and this was one of the few places around that was open for breakfast - everything was delicious and fresh. Limited seating - only about 6 people.

This bakery was 8 minutes walk up the road from where we stayed (Hotel Arctic Comfort). It opens at 7:30 and serves the best coffee and pastries, as well as cakes, and chocolates mostly home made. The welcome is friendly and they sell home made sandwiches which we bought and took with us on day trips (a good way of... More

Do yourself a favor and go off the beaten track. This Bakery is the best in Iceland. Convince your tour guide to take you here and you will not be disappointed. Amazing desserts to try giving you a fabulous taste of Iceland and yummy healthy bread. We stopped on our way up to see Into the Glacier and couldn't believe... More

This is the best bakery in the entire world. I would come all the way from England just for one of their sandwiches again. Their bread rolls filled with the most glorious ingredients are simply the best thing you can have whilst in Iceland. I came here everyday of my holiday and just in case you think I sound mad,...
