I would highly recommend this place. not only is the coffee delicious, the baked goods are, to be quite frank....divine. I found the staff to be friendly and accomodating to say the least. Check out their selection of books on a wide range of subjects from art to literature and culture. They also have some interesting ´knick nacks´for purchase at... More

So cosy! We loved the decor, the choice of cakes were good and they tasted even better, the coffees were beautiful!! Swiss mocha, soy mocha and vanilla latte, we had brownies and cream and chocolate cake. Yes it's deemed as expensive but everywhere is in Iceland you must expect it! Also the cute bookcases, jam packed with books and goodies... More

Sweet little coffeehouse/bookstore. Been there few times and always recieved warm service and good coffee. They have plant based milk too so vegan, vegetarian and lactose intolerant latte friends can enjoy the stay!

Wonderful coffee, flavoured Tea and cakes with a wonderful atmosphere, a place to chill and watch the world go by, read a book or listen to music - beautiful! Also the ladies serving are so polite and helpful always with a smile. I'll be back 😉

We looked for a place to take a cup of coffee. When we stepped in the house it looks lovely little bookstore. We ordered hot chocolates. Those were very tasty and chocolate. Nice place to stop a break.

I have a weak spot for bookstore cafes and this one doesn't disappoint. The store is refreshingly bright and cozy. The books on display make me feel right at home. I got the Swiss Mocha and my boyfriend got an English Breakfast tea. Both were very good, so much so that I broke my "don't-go-to-the-same-place-twice" rule I had on this... More

Interesting little coffee shop/book store. They offer really good coffee and some nice pastries, sandwiches and other smaller bites Great service and you can grab your coffee and browse some interesting books while you drink your cup.

This place is my absolute favourite in Reykjavík. It's supercozy and you always feel welcome there. No matter if you just have one cup of something and spend all day there, working on your things (like locals do), their friendly staff leaves you alone or happily assists if needed. They serve great Illy coffee and really good cakes (love the... More

This is actually my favorite place to consume coffee in downtown of Reykjavik. Coffee is really great and their chocolate chip cookies are just awesome. I discovered this cafe just by mistake, it looks like a bookstore but is an actual cafe. Best place to escape the Icelandic cold and warm yourself up with a cup of Swiss Mokka. The... More
