We were in a rush, in between trips and visited for an early dinner. The food was excellent, good choice and cooked beautifully, service was very efficient but not rushed which suited us perfectly that night. Would highly recommend.

Chef Johann Helgi Johannsson and his wife Ragnheidur Helen Edvardsdottir own and manage Resto. Johann has built up a great reputation for quality cooking in other restaurants in Reykjavik so they decided to follow their dreams and open their own restaurant. The atmosphere is friendly and there is much effort put into the food.
