Quality and standard that you would expect with M&S but in Malta you may want to push the boat out and try something more in line with what the locals might do

I am not a fan of "Big Box" stores and Valletta is definitely not the place for one. Having said that, it offers many things under one roof and that can be handy at times.

Walking amongst the old buldings you suddenly come across M&S. It is an ultra modern store inside an ancient facade, a good engineering fete. Usual range of clothes and food hall with cafe. Located on edge of Republic Square.

It seems wherever you go, there's a M&S. Guilty on this occasion for a quick bite when there are splendid independent restaurants around, but when said independents close at 15:00hrs for lunch then one is stuck when a tour ends at 14:30hrs. M&S stays open throughout. Mac cheese at €8, cheese toastie at €5 and a green tea at €3... More

On one of our walks around Valletta we happened on to M&S cafe. It is a very modern bright facility. We had coffee and a piece of delicious cake. If you are in the area stop in. I think you will enjoy it.

was nicely surprised to see a Marks and Spencer out here clothes are exactly what you get in Britain and great selection very large though the food was very disappointing the sandwiches were very unappetizing and not much you could buy to make like a picnic on the go sadly but still nice to walk around

We twice bought our lunch here - same range and layout as in the UK, with reasonable prices. Only difference is that you can have your "Markies Sannies" sitting out in the sunshine!

Pretty much like walking into an M&S in England. Same food but much better service in all departments. At Valletta they have a seamstress who will alter any clothing whether bought in the shop or not. Shortening two pairs of trousers cost us €13.60. Whilst the hours are on the door of the room she works, she can shut at... More

Marks & Spencer are not in Old Theatre Street, they are in Strait Street between Old Theatre St and Santa Lucia Street. . It is an off shoot of the English M.& S, worth a visit
