We went in and found a nice table on a Friday evening, no reservations needed. The staff was friendly and told as how it functions: you pick a plate and they weight it for you. We enjoyed the beautiful flavours and drank mango lassies, all together ~20€ / 2 person. The atmosphere was peaceful even when there were lots of... More

Only have positive things to say about this place. It's set out as a buffet where you take whatever food you would like on your plate (or box as take out) and pay according to the weight. All in all was a great meal and as a veggie didn't need to worry about what I was picking up as it... More

A good vegetarian restaurant, usually very busy at lunch time, but easy to find a space. It's only buffet, so you can choose what you want and you pay per weight. I prefer little brother Gingko Greenhouse, somehow more cosy and familiar atmosphere.

A great restaurant for a quick bite. Nice place, self catering, pets welcomed :) The food is colorful and mostly vegan! Love it!

A warm and cosy place to escape the rain. Great buffet food which you buy by weight. Perfect lunch spot for my family as they could all eat what they wanted in terms of taste and quantity.

Didn't plan to come, but stopped in Jakominplatz and hubby was craving soup/salad. TA and Yelp both had good reviews so we walked over in less than 5 min. The food was Delish! Couldn't read most of the signs in German, but could smell and see everything! The soup was SO good - still don't know what it was but... More

Ginko, 4 mins walking distance from Jakominiplatz, is easy to access and open from 11.30h to 21h. The place fills up fast during peak lunch hours (12 to ~14.30h), and you will be lucky to find a seat during those hours. If not, you can always take away your food in a convenient box and enjoy it at one of... More

Ginko has a good system. You take your plate, choose what you want to eat from a myriad of choices including soups, salads, curries, rice, fried stuff, sauces, chutney, etc and then you pay at the counter according to how much your whole plate weights. The prices are not so cheap for plant based food, but still it's good value... More

I actually like eating meat, but I had a great lunch at Ginko without missing meat. Restaurant has a self service buffet and you pay by scale. Buffet has many meals to chose between. Food was very tasty and delicious. Prices are reasonable for such a city. Restaurant is quite large, but there are usually many guests so it can... More
