Food was great, service was excellent. Had an excellent evening. Grew up in UK and the ambiance and menu were similar.

Very nice and cosy Indian restaurant with an impressive menu. Sampled the paneer tikka masala, tandoori rotis and veg biryani. The food was excellent, hot and well served. Portion sizes are good for a meal for two. If you are looking for a very good Indian restaurant in the centre of Vienna, definitely recommend a visit.

Excellent service and great taste of Indian food. Very convenient to our hotel (Hilton Plaza), within walking distance between restaurant and city centre. Lunch buffet was a wonderful option with good choices of dishes and reasonable price. Mango Lassi was delicious!

Excellent service in comfortable, traditional surroundings from friendly staff who were attentive without hurrying. My wife thought it her most enjoyable Indian meal in a long time, and my daughter noted a large number of gluten free/vegan options. Thoroughly recommended!

Food is quite good and so was the ambiance. Breads were awesome and so was the mango pickle they serve. The only let down was the fish pakora which was salty and dry. If you need spicy food (as an Indian like me would) then ask for it and they can do it.

We went here on out first night in Vienna. The restaurant seemed mostly filled with locals. The food was fresh (though different to similarly named Indian dishes) and delicious. The owner was helpful and super friendly and really helped us order the best dishes. Definitely didn't leave this place hungry!

Service and food was excellent. I loved the quaint spot and decor especially the wooden menus, very nice touch. Although I'm not much of an adventurer when ordering food, I order the same plate around the world and found it exceptional. In my 3 day your of Vienna, we came here for dinner twice. Very happy with choice!

This is a moderately priced above-average Indian restaurant in the heart of Vienna. Service is very nice and the food is quite good. It's a wonderful choice for vegetarians visiting the city.

Found this restaurant on Trip Advisor and within the hour we were inside requesting a table for two. Food was tasty with large portions. Service was friendly and polite. Thank you.

Do not be impressed by the bit mediocre 'enterieur', the staff is great, the service is good and they spice up your food - any item from the menu - as you wish.

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
