If only we had restaurants like this in GB. When a fish restaurant has it's own fish shop next door you can be assured the owners know and respect their produce. Our fish dishes (4 ) were perfectly cooked and delicious. The staff are welcoming. Wonderful to have your fish filleted in front of you by skilled waiters. The house... More

This is a seafood restaurant with a decidedly Mediterranean flavor. Absolutely fresh and tasty fish and shellfish and a nice selection of reasonably priced wine. The staff is warm and welcoming. It has a great neighborhood feel, a bit out of the center, but easily reached by the subway and well worth the trip. It's nice to dine in a... More

I keep going at this restaurant in the last 6 years every time I am in Vienna. Why? Because the food is very good and all the ingredients are fresh; you can see and feel that is coming from a clean kitchen. The whole place is very clean. People try to be helpful even if we don't speak the same... More

I found this restaurant on Trip Advisor, which was located near my hotel in Vienna, also on Hainburger Strasse. I actually went late on a weeknight at almost 10pm and was concerned that they might not seat me. The man at the door explained that the kitchen did not close until later at 10:30 or 11pm. Food was delicious and... More

It's the second time for me to visit this restaurant. Always an excellent experience. Lubin offers a wide selection of fish dishes. Also some meat if you really don't like fish! A simple Croatian cuisine, but very accurate in service and presentation, and top quality food. Remember to reserve in advance as the restaurant seems quite always fully booked. The... More

Restaurant Lubin was close to our Hotel (Spiess & Spiess). We decided to give it a try on a Friday night and had a very enjoyable dinner. The restaurant specializes in fresh seafood that is flown in from the Adriatic ( Croatia ). The restaurant is in a quiet neighborhood and does have some limited outside seating weather permitting. It... More

A very nice restaurant with high quality fish food brought to Vienna by plane from Croatian cost. Waiters are very friendly and are happy to suggest a meal and wine that goes well with the choice. Not overpricey.

I was unpleasantly stunned by the prevalence of tiny bones in my fillet...truly unexpected in an upscale restaurant specializing in fish! Though the remainder of the meal was very acceptable, that experience unfortunately colored my memory. We were gratified, though, that we were seated in a pleasant, outside spot (otherwise reserved), since we were early diners; it did appear, however,... More

We arrived at Lubin shortly after 10 pm, as our flight to Vienna had been delayed. The waiter hesitated one moment, as we were the last diners, but then directed us to a table (we had reserved). We chose a combination seafood platter with scallops, fish, prawns, calamari and grilled octopus, and we were very very happy with it. We... More
