I visited this place twice. Once had lamb tikka with rice and second time falafel sandwich. Nice food. Friendly staff . Close to center. Prices are reasonable.

We always visit Sababa, it has the best pita falafel in Vienna. It's cosy and the service and atmosphere is always great. We always visit this restaurant when we are in Vienna, winter or summer. They even gave me there falafel recipe as I love them here.

Early evening meal on New Year's Eve. Very attentive service from start to finish, lovely fresh food and well presented. The only negative is the small size and keeping the door open in the winter as it's also a takeaway. We would return, definitely.

One of the best eateries in Vienna. A bang for the euros. The meat is tender, delicious and properly done. The salad superbly combines sourness with sweetness out of fresh vegetables.

We've come to Sababa for 10 years now, small, centrally located close to Stephansdom, it is a favourite. And the ebst ice cream across the street.

We stopped by here after we spent the day walking around Schoenbrunn so we were pretty hungry. My husband got the ground lamb/veal kebabs, and I got the mixed vegetarian plate. We both really enjoyed our meals. After, we ordered some baklava as well. We were both pleasantly full, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for something a... More

I wasnt expecting to find such a good shawarma in Europe. Ive had shawarmas in many places and Sababa might possibly one up the best shawarmas ive had in the middle east! The meat was succulent and the some of their sauces (the coriander chutney in particular) were just amazing.
