We came here without any reservation. The first impression - crowdy, loud and funny. We've orderd some of the sets - shrimps, ribs and chicken - (20 Euro) and were full) Also the craft ale was very tasty.

I reserved in advanced and managed that it was my BF birthday. Not once did the waiter said a nice Happy Birthday or so. We had 3 course meals . 1 from the 3 starts were quite try, the others OK Before we finished the starters we had already the main course on the table -- totally rushed. We had... More

The food is pretty good but the service is awful.. we waited for 20 minutes for someone to come and get our orders and when our glass was broken we had to stay several minutes for somebody comes but the food is amazing.

Despite a decent atmosphere and welcoming friendly servers, the food in this Viennese branch of TGI was of extremely poor quality, not a patch on e.g. Hard Rock a main competitor that have frequently visited in many locations all over the world.

A chain but always nice food. Very good waiters and who doesnt like a good steak or burger? Not for a romantik candle light dinner, but definately worth a visit

Bit on the expensive side for the portions but worth it in terms of food and service. Really recomend this to people with kids.

As per T.G.I. Friday usual, food was fresh, appetizing, came in large portions and was generally well presented. The waiters were nice, and it was cozy compared to the less than hospitable weather outside. It's expensivet hough, and not Vienna-esque at all (if that's what you're looking for).

It was little bit too loud ( music also ), busy and crowed on the other hand the waiters and services were amazing ( polite, attentive and helpful). The food was ok. Better than in Hungarian TGI. Last but not least, you should book table if you would like to eat there on Saturday.

Needed a quick bite and this was perfect. Both husband and I had faghitas which were so fresh and full of flavour. Waiters were lovely and made sure we got our drinks orders in before happy hour ended! Fab!

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
