The service was great and we enjoyed the food. I tried the Wienner Schnitzel and the Boiled Roast Beef, both were perfectly executed. Beer and coffee were also good. Works great when you don't have a lot of time to spend.

We stopped here for dinner because it was next door to our hotel and we were jet lagged from traveling. The place was packed but the manager found us the last table. Our waiter proudly explained that this is where the original wiener schnitzel was...More

I visited here for lunch and the food was not bad. It felt like average dish at a rather high price. Some of the staff members seemed cynical to tourists, but manager-like staff members were friendly.

We both ordered the schnitzel and it was just OK. Dry, and the breading had separated from the meat. Which indicates that it was breaded hours prefer dinner service. Our waiter was wonderful, spoke great English. We ate inside, would have preferred the patio which...More

This Plachuttas is in the middle of it all ... provides a great Vienna experience ... food is classic and the service is Teutonic (very efficient) ... if the weather permits outside dinning is a bonus ...
