The food is heartwarming. Full of flavours and freshness, this is my favourite restaurant in Vienna. Make sure you book before you go as it is always packed.

My friend and I had dinner at Vietthao. She knew that place before but it was the first time for me. We sat inside but they have several tables outside. The place is clean, very simple but cosy and very well located in the city...More
Excellent, high quality Vietnamese food. We had the Bun Bo Hue and Fresh Rolls, but will have the Banh Xeo and Steamed rolls next time. Lots of locals here, always a good sign. The wait for food was a bit long during dinner due to...More
One of the places where you think you will just have a couple of small plates and beer and then move on to something different, but the food makes you stay and then you end up ordering more than what you should have eaten! Great...More

A chilly night and we were craving for Asian food so we went to Viet Thao. The steamed rice roll and beef pho were superb - they were cooked to perfection and the pho soup base was particularly worth mentioning, the clear broth was sweet...More
Tried the spicy and regular beef pho and it was amazing! Generous portion, friendly waiter that cater to our needs, (wifi, extra sauce, etc) and price is very affordable too. Definitely lived up to their good reviews and reputation.
Just a few steps away from the opera house, the Musikverein and Karlskirche is this small Vietnamese restaurant. You should book in advance as seats fill up quickly. Lovely Vietnamese dishes, friendly service and very good prices. Can highly recommend it.
