The waiter welcomed us and though very busy, as this is a very popular restaurant, he made time to chat with us. The food was schnitzel in all varieties but only in pork or turkey, which we were pleased about as we did not want to eat veal. A few other dishes were on the menu. The place is a... More

While taking our order, the waitress asked twice whether my husband and I would each like our own schnitzel; I probably should have caught the hint she was so clearly dropping: The schnitzels here are massive! That was clear when our order, along with a side salad, arrived; I couldn't resist holding the schnitzel up to illustrate that it's bigger... More

Decent dinner. Friendly service. Walking through the restaurant was enough for kitchen smell to stick to clothing, although the end room where we dined was not smelly.

We came here looking for delicious schnitzels and we weren't disappointed! There were so many different kinds to choose from. The portions were massive and we had difficulty finishing it all. The place was busy and there was a great atmosphere inside - we were seated at the same table as another group which just added to the traditional Austrian... More

Wienerschnitzel and cordon bleu were delicious, portions were huge. Prices are low - we paid 30 EUR for 2 grownups and a child.

The best thing I can say about this place is that, of the 5 nights my wife and I spent in Vienna, we came here 3 different times. This restaurant offers huge portions for such a good price, that we really couldn't pass it up in favor of anything else. They have a pretty diverse menu so we both got... More

Was recommended to this restaurant and was not disappointed. The schnitzel cordon bleu was huge in size and taste. Loved it. There is a chance you may end up having to share a table if you're on your own or a couple. Many locals eat at the restaurant which is always a good sign. Definitely worth a visit.

Come here if you want a huge portion of authentic Viennese schnitzel and don't mind a bit of chaos! This place is not refined, you will most likely have to share a table with others and the waiting staff will be brusque with you - but the food comes quickly, piping hot, is in massive portions and is cheap! Lots... More

A friend of mine recommended this restaurant, saying it was the best schnitzel she had during her trip to Europe. I wasn't sure that I trusted her (she's young and I assumed that made her recommendation questionable). I am so glad that I listened to her. We went to this restaurant on our last night in Vienna, and it was... More
