Great location across from the Palace. The food is excellent, we had the caprese salad followed by the ravioli and risotto.....both delicious. Great atmosphere with very good service. For Norway, prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

We didn't have a reservation but they found us a table anyway. While the food is Italian, it featured local seafood and other ingredients. The wine list was good and our waiter was very friendly.

Classic Italian menu, fantastic committed Italian service. Great wines. For Norwegian prices a very good price quality ratio.

Nowhere in Oslo is really cheap to eat and alcohol is expensive everywhere compared to other places in Europe. I consider Ruffinos to be "fine dining" and it is very good - but is priced accordingly. A prosecco aperitif... More

No parking that we saw, but it's located on a corner close to the main commons area in the city center, just a few blocks away from the National Theater, where I believe there's a subway stop.
