21 courses where each one is a piece of art expertly presented by the staff. Once in a lifetime experience.

The food was excellent, of a quality that I have rarely if ever experienced before. The service was attentive as you wold expect at a restaurant of this standing. The "not perfect" comment relates to their error in accommodating a dietary requirement, but that did not detract from the overall enjoyment of the meal and the restaurant has been in... More

It was a surprise meal from my hubby to me and I was indeed surprised! The food was excellent, every bite tasting different, and the expectation gets higher and higher and they never let us down. We had a wine package with it. Fantastic wine menu. The people working there are definitely passionate about food themselves. A must-try restaurant although... More

I have never tasted any thing like this! A little bit extreme and thorough worked through dishes with totally new tastes. Expensive and extreme but if you want to try something new this is the place! Had a dinner with 18 dishes and great wine.

The food was spectacular, the service great (four chefs running down the stairs to serve one course to three people!). Pure luxury. And I love the concept, the whole organic, local, nordic cuisine thing. It should have been perfect. But still ... it was spectacular, but still somehow short of being as spectacular as I expected. The first part of... More

Donald doesn't know what he's talking about, this is exactly what deserves 3 stars, creative, original, delicious and precise. Truffles and caviar are good but boring. There is no main when there are 20+ courses

By far the best Michelin star experience I've had. The food and wine were the absolute stars, but the staff made for a perfect evening. Loved the creativity and emphasis on Norwegian ingredients. Flat oysters with full oil and brown butter ice cream (served separately), are my new favorite foods. I'll definitely be back

What an experience. The 18 courses dinner was just fantastic. Everything will become mediocre from now on. Some of the ingredients in the set menu were originally not of my taste, but when prepared and mixed professionally and served in the artistic manner it just tasted great and very interesting. The three last courses were all on the more fatty... More

The best restaurant in Norway and Scandinavia. The food is based on local products and Scandinavian tradition, but presented in the best European way. Long waiting list. Just excellent!
