Went there today again and last month for breakfast :) Family friendly, quiet and nice environment ! Easy to park !

First visit, arrived with great expectations given raving reviews. The location is very nice and convenient. Ample parking, located along a row of shophouses opposite a small park in a residential suburban setting. Greeted warmly with a young and friendly staff. I ordered a Carnivore...Burrito and my wife ordered a Migas (scrabbled eggs with jalepeno, cheese and bits of potatoes and latte. To our disappointment, the Migas was a big let down. The egg (3) did not look appealing and tasted pretty dry. Even with my help we did not finish eating all on the plate in the end. The burrito was okay although the wrap felt abit tough and somewhat hard to chew. I guess if it is too soft, the stuffing might spill out. But, I think it is better than a wrap that is difficult to chew on. Latte was ok, and priced at around 9 bucks, it is reasonably price. The ambience in this place is nice and relaxing. Lighting is soft, so as to give it a relaxing feeling, and the piped in music is turned up at just the right volume so as not to be intrusive and jarring. Service....ah, I would put it as inattentive and inconsistent. Sitting by a blind corner in the part of this U-shaped cafe, we could not be seen and the staff members were also no where to be seen when we needed them. Hence I had to walk up to the counter twice to get what I needed. Abit disappointed with my experience, really because I do like this cafe. But the quality of the food needs to be stepped up, and staff should not get too comfortable and make the effort to circulate and check on their guests now and then. Won't be back anytime soon, But, when I do, I hope the overall dining experience would be a better one.More

Hi Charles. Thank you for your detailed and constructive review. I'll be looking into the matter immediately. To give my staff the benefit of the doubt, we have been fairly short staffed ever since Covid started, but this should not be an excuse. One staff...More

Love the food and the desserts. My friend and I shared the sweet potato fries. The portion was generous, worth the price.

Ate the let's meat burrito and triple stacked pancake. Was good. Two thumbs up. Requested twice for whipped cream for the pancakes because it was that good. Will definitely come back again to try other dishes. Great environment. Very chill. Staffs are very friendly and...helpful. Great customer service.More

I am very particular about pesto pastes and haven't found a good one in Penang yet. The manager, Arif was very welcoming and gave me a little taste of the pesto before ordering the dish itself. I must say, this is by far the best...pesto pasta I've tasted other than my own. We ordered the mango pig, jalapeno poppers and carrot cake which was also excellent. Best part is we also got a free brownie which was moist and delicious. I am so pleased with the service of the staff and the quality of the food and the uniqueness of the menu. You have to try the cold brewed coffee here as they infuse the coffee with their own ingredients. We will be back again with more friends.More

Was very disappointed when visiting Let's Meat for brunch last week with a friend. We were regular customers before lockdown but now since opening up the menu and concept has completely changed and might be less confusing if the place name just changed. Mr Potato...Head and Veggie Omlette and those western style brunches appear to have all gone along with most of those friendly staff and replaced by a totally different style of menu and less friendly staff. This place used to always be so busy and now was almost empty and I am not surprised Not sure if this is a temporary or permanent change but I guess if the owners continue to experience such a lack of customers then they might consider reverting to the previous menu and concept. Meanwhile it looks like a lazy way of coming back.More

Hi Keith! Thank you for your feedback. You are right. We really struggled through RMCO and I agree with you that a lot was lacking during that time. There was an overall feeling of depression all around and because we needed to make so many...More
