Visited for the first time recently. Not disappointed at all. It's a great pub, amazing location and very good food! The drinks are great and the menu even better. Will definitely return when we come to Beachy Head!

The food itself is at an amazing standard and we visit here very often. The drinks here are a little bit expensive but the great service and even better food make up for this factor. You get large portions so even though the prices may look a little high on the menu, once you get the food you understand why... More

We always eat at the Beachy Head when staying in the area because the food is hearty, the menu is fairly varied, it is not overly expensive and the views are great. The interior too is very attractive and atmospheric.

Place was packed on a weekday lunchtime in school holiday period. Good looking interior and decor with beams, fireplaces and variety of wooden tables and chairs. Not easy to find a table as the place was packed. No staff to help with seating. Only two staff behind the bar and a long queue to order food. Didn't object to waiting... More

Great views over eastbourne, clean dining area, friendly staff. Good selection of lager, ales and wine. No cocktail menu. Food is good, smaller portions than you'd expect from a pub, although a higher degree of sophistication to some of the dishes on the menu. Cooked well overall, although ingredients could be fresher.

Well, it's a bit of a captured market at the Beachy Head with this pub. You can't see another pub for another few miles so not much of a choice. However, the calm and collected service plus the nice wooden interior of three place - together with a fantastic view of the South Downs - all provide an assuring idea... More

I first visited this pub in 2013 but didn't eat then. I knew it can be pretty manic but thought it would be a good choice for Easter Sunday, so pre-booked a table. The service was superb - couldn't fault the waitress who was very hard working. Unfortunately we were seated near a large rowdy group with no decorum, which... More

This restaurant was recommended to us. The food was ok nothing special and quite expensive. The service though from our waitress was 1st class, she was pleasant and attentive. The place was very busy and very noisy not really a place to have a nice quiet meal after a long day exploring, although it does have a very nice view.... More

BEEN to this pub a few times now but this time big let down we eat here as they allow dogs inside but this time out of 5 meals only 4 meals were still available so a few disappointed mouths in our group having to choose second best should have been warned before we ordered what was off the menu

I'm not sure of the relevance of this pub in the middle of a natural reserve. We popped in for a coffee but there was nothing to eat with it apart from a full cooked meal. The place also smelt of chip fat from the outside which was off putting. We gave it a miss. I would suggest some modernisation... More
