The Victorian Tearooms is a well presented establishment, we enjoyed a very good cream tea there and had a lovely view of Eastbourne from the pier at the same time. Well worth a visit.

Arrived at lunch time and ordered cream tea and some sandwiches which were all made fresh. Fresh hot tea in pot with strainer. The setting was lovely and quaint. Definitely will come back next time in Eastbourne.
