We came for tea last night I had burger which wasn't too bad but wasn't brilliant neither The Wife had chicken and bacon salad The bacon was very fatty we got the bottomless drinks but we felt we had to wait for a top up at the bar in a big queue we think the drink dispenser should be somewhere... I stayed at the adjoining premier in for a few nights recently and paid £8.99 for the breakfast which includes continental and cooked breakfast. Day 1: We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who showed us to our table and took our order promptly. The continental options were very good. Coffee was delicious as were the fresh pastries.... More

First off, this restaurant is connected to the Premier inn with access from the hotel, we booked a table for 8.30 no trouble at all, we then spent the day sightseeing and shopping in Llandudno and returned to the hotel at 5.30, the wife and I fancied a drink before dinner so went in Pub/restaurant looking for somewhere to sit... Food took ages to come and my steak and salad was the last to be served by which time those first to get their meals was over half way through. The steak was barely warm, well done and not as ordered and tasteless. I only wanted salad and asked for no dressing with it and very disappointed. It came with... More

What lets this place down is the ordering system. Only one member of staff behind the bar when I ordered my food. The problem is when someone before you orders 12 meals and 12 drinks and the staff do all this whilst you are still waiting. I had a Steak that was cooked to perfection but the wifes fish was... Me and my partner came here yesterday evening. It was quiet when we got there around 5:30pm. We ordered 2 drinks, 2 starters and 2 main meals. Our starters came (prawn cocktails) the butter for the bread was like rock so gave up with that one as it was impossible to spread. Wasn't too fussed though no biggie. Our plates... More

Family meal, good service, the food is good for what you pay, would recommend the deals, cheap starters & deserts so you can't really go wrong
