Not a bad meal with great starters but so-so main meal. And a Mexican style restaurant without any Tabasco sauce is just ridiculous. Great interior but rather dull atmosphere during our visit - maybe worth giving it another go? If they can't wow you when...More

Went for a meal with friends and the food was reasonably priced and tasty. Not a huge selection for vegetarians but the vegetable fajitas were lovely.

Great food and service. Definitely recommend the Texas Teasers (sticky ribs), (and the Brie starter, and the cheesecake pudding!)

Went here for a birthday lunch, love Mexican normally so we were really looking forward to it. The menu was extensive and I opted for the chicken fajitas whilst my husband had the hoagie - both were TERRIBLE!!! We are not usually one to complain...More

Despite being intrinsically easy to prepare, few British restaurants seem able to make a success of Mexican food. Mambo's, however, sets new lows. My 'chicken and mushroom enchilada' was without taste, texture or tang. Indeed, it rates as possibly the most flavourless food of any...More

We were there on a Wednesday evening and found the restaurant appeared understaffed. I ordered a seafood salad and was informed one of the ingredients tuna was not available and the dressing of my choice was also not available. The ventilation was poor when we...More
