We went here when visiting family in Carlisle and wow it was delicious. We had pizza and lasagne and everyone enjoyed it, yes there is a slight wait but this is because it's being made fresh to order. It is slightly print but again it is worth it. Was lovely as well how you aren't rushed off one you've finished.

went here with friends. Opted for chicken pizza with salad. Great food as always despite being a chain restaurant. Service was very good. We did have offer codes for a cheaper night which was bonus. Very clean restaurant.

We went in here on a whim as we were just wandering looking for somewhere to eat and saw the sign about the Valentine's deal. It was quite quiet when we arrived and we were told they could accommodate us so long as we were out by 6pm as they needed the table. It was around 3:45pm so that wasn't... More

A really lovely setting in an old bank. The food was superb. However, the service was not so good which was a shame.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and the place was manic, lots of families with young excitable kids, groups waiting tomwatch the football . Staff did a great job to get everyone served in good time. The pizza is good as was the service but the atmosphere during this visit reminded me of a school canteen. I will visit again but... More

Booked a table for 2 adults and 6 teens for lunch on a Saturday. The service was friendly and efficient from when we were seated to when we finished and it did gradually busier. We all enjoyed our food though the kids menu could do with more than 1 choice on the starters (not every kid likes dough balls!). Will... More

We booked a table in advance for 6 adults and 3 children under 5. The restaurant was busy at about 5pm on a Saturday night and we were greeted and seated straight away. We had 4 voucher codes (02 priority) to use and mentioned this to our server. We ordered our drinks and only had a short wait till they... More

Pretty underwhelmed this time, mainly due to poor service, the staff seemed to be constantly waiting on the kitchen to produce food which they seemed unable to keep up with demand. The food was overpriced when compared with local Italian restaurants and some dishes looked like they had been queuing in an oven for hours.

This was the worst place I have ever eaten service was full stop never mind slow. Started giving other people drinks before they had finished ours. Then said they had run out of glasses not even taken our order. Took 1 hour before we got starter. Then ran out of chips. Pizzas came burnt and half with no topping on.... More

They shouldn't be called pizza express when you wait over an hour for a garlic bread starter!! Staff take orders and never deliver the actual orders. Not to mention running out of chips of all things, might aswell run out of pizza. Will not be back
