Called in for Sunday Lunch after a long walk. Friendly staff and a good menu choice. Opted for the chicken & the beef. Good amount of mash potato and vegetables. The only negative was that the food was served on very cold plates so the food didn't stay hot.

Popular with the locals, lots of character when it's busy. Food looked good but we didn't eat. Toilets could do with a bit of attention

A 10 minute stroll from the railway station, at the far end of the suicide bridge, this pub offers some of the best pub food in Scarborough. Their home made steak and mushroom pie is exceptional (and I don't even like beef), and my visit to this town is not complete without it. Beers are a bit of a let-down... More
