We visit this lovely Tea Room and Stained Glass Centre regularly. There is a beautiful garden at the rear where you can sit and relax. The Stained Glass Centre has some beautiful gifts/light fittings - just about anything and everything! The owners run workshops for Stained Glass, and these are very popular. There is also a lovely B&B with a... More

I was taken to this perfect place of heaven by one of my lovely friends for their famous afternoon teas. We have been visiting this place long before the new tea room, long before the extensions to the gift shop etc and have always been delighted! In the old days a lovely waitress called sammy jo or similar was the... More

Small but very good, interesting to see how the stained glass is made. There is a super shop selling some very unique items made from stained glass and the cafe there is excellent.

The tea rooms have recently been renovated. Food choices are excellent. Don't forget though to look round the stained glass showroom during your visit. It's stunning.

We had lunch in the tea rooms following a workshop, the weather was lovely so we could sit outside. Although the setting is great, the food was average. I had quiche which was a bit greasy with whole leaves of salad, coleslaw and too many new potatoes. Looked very rustic and a bit thrown together, they were very busy maybe... More

We had an excellent lunch here and a bonus is the gorgeous stained glass items available to buy in the adjoining gallery/shop. Also nice outdoor seating if weather permits

I was there yesterday with friends and we all really enjoyed our lunch at the tea rooms. I had a sandwich with a cup of Earl Grey tea, It was of a very high standard, served with a side salad - not just a garnish, and a pot of homemade (I'm sure) coleslaw. The staff were friendly and the settings... More

So, for our weekly family lunch (6 adults and 2 kids) we decided to try this place as our Gran has been wanting to for ages. Rang and booked, no problem there. On arrival we waited where it said to to be seated. We waited over 5 minutes with another couple behind us and were ignored by at least 3... More
