Had a semi-formal dinner in a separate dining room (Pol Roger Room) for 10 people. The whole event was very good - food, wine and service, and well organised. The restaurant was very full (on a Wednesday evening) so clearly this is a popular venue, and rightly so. Also stayed in the accommodation and had breakfast, all of which was... More
Been here a few times staying over on one occasion. The food and service are second to none. The staff are polite and knowledgable and couldn't be more accommodating. On our last visit with friends we enjoyed oysters, the cote de boef and plenty of champagne. We had a fabulous night. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.
Visited for a special occasion at lunchtime, after hearing many bad reviews about this place I thought I would try it out and form my own opinion. The service was poor, young waitresses stood around chatting while we were waiting to order drinks, I looked over several times to get their attention but they ignored me. Food arrived and my... More
Service was amazing, the food was relentlessly fantastic. Been to most of Huddersfield's best places to eat, but cannot claim I've been to a better one than 3 Acres, the quality of the food exceeds expectation and I hope it wasn't a one off. Looking forward to finding any excuse to go again.

We visited The Three Acres Inn & Restaurant in April 2016. On entering the building we could not find any reception area. As we walked through, we noticed that it was quite quirky with little nooks and usual tabled areas where you could eat which showed a charming character to the pub The bar was rather eclectic with lots of...
