Great for a coffee in chepstow. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Family friendly enough room to mix with friends and family.

The atmosphere in here is good with plenty of seating. Friendly staff unlike the tearoom down the road! Cakes and sarnies are always fresh with plenty of choices.

Very slow service with staff sidetracked by the least interruption. They need to remember the customer standing in front of them is their future! Nice coffee and carrot and walnut cake. Clean toilet and glass bottles of tap water and glasses available which is a nice touch - unlike Caffe Nero with its naff plastic jugs and paper cups.

No complaints with the coffee but expected more with the food. If you are going to offer sausage in baps or rolls you could at least heat (microwave?) them properly, and provide mustard as well as brown sauce or ketchup.

Called in here yesterday on a visit to Chepstow. Large, relaxed atmosphere, vintage distressed style decor. Friendly helpful staff. Quick service.Excellent deluxe hot chocolate and Americano coffee as well as good Welsh cake and chocolate croissant. Will certainly call again when next in Chepstow

We visited Coffee#1 on a busy bank holiday. The staff were friendly and we got our order quickly even it was a queue. I had a caramel mochaccino which was really nice. We'll be definitely back. Thank you!

Always my favourite coffee and the best toasted tea cakes around! Friendly service. You may have to queue but it's worth the wait.

Popped in while visiting the castle. Had a fabulous cappuccino and my friend has a choc and orange hot chocolate, the shop was busy but staff handled it well while taking the time to chat to every customer about their day! Nice and personable. Also the chocolate crunch was amazing!!

Award-winning coffee, cakes and pastries for breakfast, lunch and tea. Comfy sofa's, beautiful interiors and cosy corners that you can hide away in for a quiet half an hour are as important to us as the cake we serve and the service we give. Come and see for yourself.
