This location now off the main roads, is a lovely location for a stay, lunch, dinner etc. There is a lovely atmosphere here and a great panoramic view from the front of the Hotel and Restaurant.

We stopped here after visiting Mitchelstown Caves. The menu was bar food, the food was good and the service was also good. The view is pleasant, a great lunch stop.

Both husband and I stayed here for a night. The room was tiny and so dated with a bathroom that resembled something you would expect in a bad hostel. Shower was broken, rust on the bath handles, sink coming away from the tiles. Cannot leave out the view we had of the rubbish behind the hotel although hard to see... More

Both quantity and exceptional quality. No frozen veg, Cooked fresh and a large menu to choose from. The lamb was topped on a bed of lovely mash with a mint sauce. The veg was served seperate and consisted of carrots, turnip, cauliflower, and broccoli.

As I have stated in reviews before I had a group of 40 Americans staying in the lodges adjoining this hotel, In total my group have 4 meals in this hotel and each meal was better than the one before. To highlight any one meal would be unfair, but, if the bacon and cabbage is on the menu when your... More

Badly in need of complete refurb. However the food was good - decent portions and good homely fare. Near Cahir Castle and Swiss cottage. Cahir golf club 5 mins away.
