We visit Mr Laus regularly..the food is very good..the staff are brilliant and look amazing in their uniforms. The atmosphere is very relaxing and decor is beautiful, especially at this time of year when all the Christmas decorations are up..Mr Laus always excells theirselves when...it comes to put the decorations up..After the meal we have a drink in Lillys bar next door ..once again, lovely lounge comfortable and very relaxing. We always sit by the window and watch the world go by..cantvwait for our next visitMore

We ordered a dim sum sharing platter, two main meals and a bottle of wine. £99 what a rip off. I have never had egg fried rice that was tasteless before. None of our meal was nice. Totally dissapointing.

Food in here is average however very pricey. You would get a nicer Chinese elsewhere for half the price! Me and my partner spent £40 per person for one starter, one main and a soft drink. Portions of the main was small so would not...recommend to share. I had the honey chicken and the chicken was dry. Shame because the staff and restaurant itself was lovelyMore

We celebrated a 30th birthday here and wasn’t disappointed with our choice. We went for a banquet and The food was outstanding , so much variety and piping hot! The service was superb, nothing was to much trouble for the waitresses, they couldn’t do enough....The reservations manager Victoria arranged complimentary bottles of Prosecco which was a lovely touch! The vibe in this restaurant is just lovely. Best Chinese restaurant in town!!More

The food was mostly deep fried, too much mono sodium glutamate and menu was physically too large to hold with food choices all over it, in no particular order. We were sat down for over 30 minutes before we were offered a drink, wine choice...was poor and staff had no knowledge of wines. We were a party of 6 and were placed on a table that could have seated 12, so basically couldn’t converse as a small group because we were too far away from each other. The food arrived at all different times, one starter didn’t turn up and we had to ask a member of staff where it was, by the time it arrived we had all given some of our starters to the person with no food, so could have cancelled it. A member of staff knocked over an ice bucket of water and ice behind me, wetting my shirt, coat which was on the back of my chair and handbag by my feet. No real apology, just told me to move everything out of the way so he could mop up. Altogether, I thought the restaurant was very amateur in the way it was run and none of the staff knew what they were doing, I definitely won’t be returning here.More

We had our wedding anniversary celebration here tonight. Firstly the place itself is intimate, quite small but not imposingly so. The staff were all very warm and welcoming. The food is amazing, we had dim sum as well as a main and I've got to...say it's the nicest food I've had in a very long time. If you've never visited here, I can't recommend it enough. Wonderful placeMore
